So here’s the deal. I will be running…. a lot. I have asthma but i can’t use ANY type of medications OR INHALERS so don’t suggest them because i am UNABLE to use them. I have to be able to run at good pace for long distances is there any breathing methods or any way i can improve my asthma without any type of medication? I have months to prepare so I have time.

You have to take care while running. You can have short breaks in between. If you are not able to take medication, you can try some home remedies also. They may help you out in lessening your problem.
Meditation also helps out in right breathing. Pranayam etc are very helpful.
