About Asthma

I haven’t had an asthma problem since I was a small child but today the temperature was in the single digits and unfortunately I had to be outside for awhile. I was completely bundled up but just breathing in the cold air has caused asthma symptoms. I was given some Advair but that didn’t really help and I have nothing else available. Are there any home remedies to help this?

I have been diagnosed with allergic asthma. But I have 4 weeks now with the feeling of short breath. The doctor gave me Pulmicort, (budesonide). I have been on it for 2 weeks and I don’t feel completely good, just a little better but not a huge difference. Sometimes I have sputum and sometimes I dont have. I have a wheezing sound but only when I exhale fast. Is it normal for this to last this long? How much longer should I expect this to last?

I have excersize induced asthma, but I am very athletic. I already take an inhaler before I excersize, but I still have symptoms. I have had allergy tests that say I’m not allergic to anything, and I have tried other asthma medications, but it still effects my athletic performance in soccer and cross country. Basically if anyone has suggested training routines, little tips about breathing, etc. that’d be great. I know nothing basically. I really want to get back into shape!
