I take my pump more than I should now and it’s getting harder to breathe. On the news, I heard that the air was getting bad and it was making people with asthma harder to breathe, but I don’t know what to do!

Do you know anything I have to do? Do I need to buy air purifiers, change my diet or any thing else?

I don’t want anything happen to me.

Any help or experience would definately help me thanks!
